- Replaced old style fan with New style fan. Drilled out frame and position new fan added new spacers and bolts.
- Replaced Ceramic Block 24v AC for Lamp and 3 x Beau socket wiring. Made safe and Insulated transformer wires.
- Replaced Burnt out Lamp Holder. and put in new lamp.
- Made Lamp cover for light leakage above lamp.
- Internal Lens Frame reformed and then realigned.
- Silver Reflector was out of position causing External 85mm Lens to melt on edges.
- Remade spade connectors on Fuse holder as very loose and arcing
- remade spade connectors on all three Beau sockets.
Run projector for 2 Hours. Initially smoke and oil burning smell from oil residue from oiling old fan even though the case and lens frame were cleaned.
Test a further 2 hours -
